1. Overview
At Vault & Crown Pty Ltd (“Vault & Crown”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we aim to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and delivered to our customers safely and on time.
This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for handling, processing and shipping all online orders placed through vaultandcrown.com.au.
2. Handling and Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During busy periods or product launches, processing times may extend slightly. If delays occur, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
Please note:
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST may be processed the following business day.
- Custom, limited-edition, or pre-order items may require additional handling time — any extended dispatch timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We offer the following shipping options for domestic and international customers:
a. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post or an equivalent trusted courier partner.
Options include:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas); 7–10 business days (regional/rural).
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas); 3–5 business days (regional/rural).
b. International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to selected countries. International orders are shipped via Australia Post International, DHL, or other secure carriers depending on destination.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard International: 7–21 business days
- Express International: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and international courier networks.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected delivery method.
From time to time, Vault & Crown may offer free shipping promotions on specific orders or products — details will be displayed on the website when applicable.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.
You can track your parcel directly through:
- Australia Post Tracking
- DHL Tracking

6. Geographical Limitations
We currently ship from Queensland, Australia, to all Australian states and selected international destinations.
We do not currently deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers for international orders. If your delivery address falls outside our service areas, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
7. Delivery Timeframes and Responsibility
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control (such as weather events, courier delays, or customs clearance).
Vault & Crown is not liable for delays once your parcel is in transit. However, we will assist where possible to resolve courier-related issues.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at jon@vaultncrown.com.
We will work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
For damaged items, photographic evidence may be required to support claims.
